He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Psalm; his daughter-in-law Teresa DeVries; his granddaughter Tabitha DeVries; his siblings, Keith DeVries and Karen Klawiter; his sister-in-law Judy Williams; his wife Joan; his sons, Todd DeVries (Deb), Jeff DeVries, Greg DeVries (Melanie) and Dan DeVries; his grandchildren, Dillon DeVries, Katie Ackerman (Kyle), Jaret DeVries (Anaka), Sara DeVries, Nic DeVries, Brittany Cummings (Brent), Elisa Olson (Eli), Stephanie Russell (Josh), Emily DeVries (Manny Lopez), Allan DeVries (Mary), Hannah DeVries and Abigail DeVries; his sisters, Cheryl Pendergrass (Bob Valdez), Sandra Rose (Dean) and Debra DeVries; and his siblings-in-law, Walter Klawiter (Marsi), Betty VanderKodde (Jerry), Bonnie Stene (John), Joe DeKraker (Jane), Bart DeKraker (Kathy) and Greg Williams. He was also cherished by fourteen great-grandchildren.
