He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara R. Hager (Cook); and his children, Kenneth Hager and Ruthann Hoekema. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Ed (Mary Hager) and Greg (Judy Hager); his son-in-law Cal Hoekema (Jan); his stepchildren, Laurel Breuker, Bryan Knoll, Carlene Arambula and Kurt Knoll; and his sisters-in-law, Dot Hager and MaryLou Wilkins. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren & their spouses, and 18 great-grandchildren.
