He is survived by: his wife Ladonna Sims; his siblings, Dr. Glenda, Herman McKissick, Pauline Crump and George Tardy Jr.; his stepsiblings, John, Diane, Valerie, Renee and Charlene; his stepchildren, Leon, Beverly Sims, Petra, James Hall, Yolanda Chouteau, Felisha Gates, Julene, Antar Miller, Marisol Sims, Sharita Sims, Candice, Derrick Red, Kourtney Sims, Kyle Sims, Issac Brown, Tamara Brown and Jonathan Brown; and his parents-in-law, Roy and Pinky LaGrone. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
