She was predeceased by : her daughter Noella. She is survived by : her children, Donald Walton, Melody Mitchell, Della Hunkins, Beverly Valentine, Harmony Taylor, Gordon Howe, Floyd Howe and Judy Schuelke; her brothers, Jim Platt and Joe Platt; her sister-in-law Joyce Platt; and her friend Etta Myers. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
