He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his children, Michael Brehm (Amy) and Amy Moore (Shawn); his grandchildren, Daniel, Josie, Adam, Joshua, Mallorie, Jaysen and Kyle; his siblings, Kay Johnson and Doug Brehm (Kathy); Megan Brehm.
