He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Chris, Andrea, Sarah (Arik) and Starlette; his grandchildren, Kylie, Sophea, Ariella, Gannon, Dakota, Adelyn, Jayce and Izabella; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Thompson (Janice), Kathy Stevenson (Wayne), Helen Nelson (Bob) and Lola Hickman (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
