He was predeceased by: his wife Jenny Lezman; his parents, John Lezman and Anna Lezman; and his brothers, Bobby Lezman, Buddy Lezman, Harris Lezman and Doyle Lezman.
He is survived by: his children, Joan, Josef Korzilius, Jeff, Katarzyna Lezman, Jack and Jennifer Lezman; his grandchildren, Jessica, Josef, Jaclyn, Kim, Luke, Josie and Jaxon; and his great grandchildren, Quintin, Alyx, Brayden and Arlo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
