He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Peter Orbeck. He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Ritsema; his children, Nicholas (Kyrstin), David (Crystal), Allan Ritsema (Doreen), Grammpy, Sebastian, Evelyn, Eliana, Sullivan and Nadia; his mother-in-law Martha Orbeck; his siblings-in-law, Don, Laura VandenBerg, Ken and Ava Orbeck; and his aunt Arlene Faber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
