She is survived by: her children, Stacy, Mike Petersen, Jeff and Sara Smith; her grandchildren, Kyle, Kenny, Katie Petersen, Casey and Holly Phillips; her niece Melissa Hess; and her mother Mary Thompson. She is also survived by 2 sisters; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
