He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Johnson and Esther Johnson. He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Grube of Warren, Michigan, Carol Bilitz (Keith) of Eagle Lake, Minnesota and Debra Gephart (Mark) of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and 21 great-nieces.
