He is survived by: his wife Kompun Tarasiewicz; his daughter Amanda McCarty; his grandchildren, Richie IV and Caroline Ray McCarty; and his siblings, David Tarasiewicz (Karen) and Margaret Howard Tarasiewicz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
