He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rice (Freybler); his children, Craig Stark, Christine (Rick Warner), Cara Stark and Colleen (Lee Pittman); and his siblings, Ron Rice and Barb Todd. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
