He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hogerwerf and Carolyn Hogerwerf (Vogel). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Rob Hogerwerf (Beth) of Caledonia and Michele Turcotte (Jeff) of Idaho. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
