He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Terwilliger (Marty) of Saranac; his close friend Jennifer Herman of Wyoming, MI.; his daughter Sabrina Sample of Kentucky; and his siblings, Samuel Max Sample, Richard Dobuque, Monique Colwell, Andre Kingston and JoLene Kingston.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Saranac Community Church (125 South Bridge St, Saranac, MI 48881). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
