He is survived by: his wife Ginny; his children, James Schaap, Mariah Schaap, Virginia, Andy Rodriguez and Rebecca Ysasi Gates; his stepfather Rex (Jan Bonner); his grandchildren, Dorothy Verlin, Dylan Loki and Elena Rae; his siblings, Steven, Fran Gambel, Joe, Lisa Schaap, Jeff and Sherry Schaap; his stepchildren, Ryan, Jill Dulyea, Brett Dulyea and Nicholas Howland; his stepgrandchildren, Kaylee Dulyea, Ryan Dulyea, Jr. and Rob; and his friend Scooter.
