Roger Meyer Obituary

The passing of Roger Meyer of Wyoming, Michigan occurred on October 19, 2026. Roger, born on August 24, 1958, is remembered by those who knew him. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Meyer and Geraldine Meyer; his brother Gordy Meyer; his father-in-law Robert Minch; and his brother-in-law Jim Jansma (William Minch).

He is survived by: his wife Kristin; his siblings, Randy (Diana Meyer), Nancy Meyer, Barb Jansma, Merrie (Jack DeVries) and Leo (Cheryl Meyer); his mother-in-law Donna DeRuiter; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Minch, Rodney Minch, Kevin, Jennifer Minch, Melissa and Dennis Vander Til. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Protestant Reformed Church (2800 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506).
