She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Sr. Barber and Dorothy Barber; her grandson Jack Kuipers; her brother Max Barber Jr.; and her sister-in-law Carole Barber.
She is survived by: her children, Keith, Tricia Kuipers and Gary Kuipers; her grandchildren, Cole Kuipers, Hailey Kuipers and Shaelyn Kuipers; her brothers, Larry Barber and Bob Barber; and her sister-in-law Donna Barber McCann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4646 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49508). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the MKD Funeral Home (4646 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49508).
