He is survived by : his wife Donna Guthrie; his children, Michael Guthrie of Chicago and Angela Guthrie of Las Vegas; his stepdaughter Jennifer; his stepgrandson Austin; and his siblings, Betty Kennedy of Ontario, Bleaker Henry of New York and Edward Guthrie of Georgia.
