He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnson and Louise Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Johnson and Christina Locey (Brad); his siblings, Rick Johnson (Mickey) and Carla Christianson (Mark); his nephew David Christianson (Vanessa); his niece Maria Christianson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Whitney Christianson, Reece Christianson, Blake Christianson, Alexander Bertrand and Olivia Bertrand.
