He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Klaver and Kay Klaver; his siblings-in-law, Merlin and Lola Conner; and his uncle Jerry Klaver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Frei, Jackie Gorter (Ryan) and Andie Lee (Matt); his grandchildren, Rylynn (Rylynner), Garrison (Sonny), Elise, Gracelynn and Mattson (Poppy); his close friend Jack Voss; his brothers, Tedson and Chip Klaver (Judy); his siblings-in-law, Rob Conner (Mary) and Kristi Heintskill (Mark); his aunt Ann Klaver; and his uncle John Gritter (Jan). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Tharlo's family requests that you spend extra time making memories with the ones you love.
