He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ruby and Marion Ruby (Walker); his stepmothers, Lucille and Pearl; his sister Bonnie Weldy; and his niece Sandy Barron (Weldy).
He is survived by: his son Jeremi Ruby (Shannon) of Byron Center; his grandchildren, Adriauna, Gabriele and Cooper; and his brother Ron Ruby (Rhonda) of North Branch. He is also survived by nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.
