He was predeceased by: his wife Kelley; his mother Tina Heiss; his grandparents, Harold and Brenda Phillips; and his nephew Carson Witte.
He is survived by: his sons, Kairon and Kagan Phillips; and his siblings, Anthony Rance (Elizabeth), Travis Rance-Bolles, Tony Rance, Aaron Witte, Anastasia Gilland (Terry), Breanna Wilson and Nathan Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
