He was predeceased by: his father Federico Williams; and his wife Elvira Morales. He is survived by: his children, Gilbert Williams, Pedro Julio Andino, Evelyn Engels, Orlando Williams and Madeline Williams. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-granchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
