He is survived by: his girlfriend Janice Miedema; his siblings, Karie Sipkema (Scott), Dawn Truax (Joe), Lisa Cooper (Todd) and Lori Cooper (Scott); and his close friends, Tony Moore and Diane Maddox. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
