He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Owsen and Katherine Owsen. He is survived by: his son Stanley Owsen; his daughter-in-law Theresa M. Owsen; and his grandchildren, Sara Mandeville (Mark), Steven Owsen Jr. (Danielle), Samantha Fetterly (Mike) and Richard Owsen. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
