She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Shannon and Eva Shannon (Clark); and her siblings, Robert Shannon, Evelyn Lasinski, Beatrice Estes and George Shannon.
She is survived by: her children, John (Kathy Preston) of Greenwood Twp and Valerie (Mike Fusee) of Ruby; her grandchildren, Bryce Fusee, Melissa Preston, John Preston (Kaitlin), Alexander Fusee, Nicholas Preston and Adam Fusee; her sister Mary Ward; and her sister-in-law Hannah Lepien. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials are suggested to Avoca Methodist Church, St. Clair Co. 4-H Council and Yale High School Alumni Association.
