She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirby Gene and Marie Nellie Lucier (Whitesell); her former husband James J. Carney Jr.; her brothers, Kenny and Robby; her stepfather Ron Cowley; and her son-in-law Gary Wynne.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Heeney; her daughters, Shelley O'Brien, Cathleen Heeney and Colleen Wynne; her grandchildren, Matthew Burke, Hailey O'Brien, Timothy O'Brien, Maegen Mandeville, Kirby Denault (Josh), Daniel Mandeville (Arlynn), Caetlen Mandeville, Samuel Waddy, Scott Wynne (Tanny), Josh Post (Eva) and Jesse Post; her great grandchildren, Holland, Mariah Burke, Jayden, Rylie, Logan, Amia O'Brien, Rolan Franks, Paisley, Zeek Denault, Jett Post, Jordan, Abby and Gunnar Post; her siblings, Jerry Lucier (Mary) and Barb LaBute (Jim); her sons-in-law, Dan Mandeville (Sue) and Tim O'Brien (Roxy); Mary Waterstratt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made payable to Shelley O'Brien and will be used to cover the cost of Sharron's final expenses and medical bills.
