It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine J. Onslow (Ypsilanti, Michigan), who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Catherine has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Woycik and Janet Woycik (Pawlowski); her children, Jennifer "Jenni" Chase of Ypsilanti and Michael Onslow of Farmington; her in-laws, Adam Chase and Erin Onslow; and her brothers, Terry Woycik of St. Clair Shores, Marty Woycik of Warren and Rich Woycik of Saginaw. She was also cherished by four grandchildren.
In her later years, Cathy faced her toughest battle, a long fight with Alzheimer's. Even as the disease slowly took pieces of her memory, her warmth, patience, and kindness endured and she was well loved by everyone who cared for her.
