He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Maskill and Amelia Maskill (Billadeau). He is survived by: his children, Robert Maskill, Michelle Worsham (Noble) and Lou Maskill (Miriam Flagler); his grandchildren, Alexandria, Madeline and Vayda; and his sister Donna Irwin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
