He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sisson; his daughters, Carmen Sisson-Mitchell of Jackson, MI, Cheri Sisson-Hampton (Haywood) of Jackson, MI and Patricia Scott of Ypsilanti, MI; his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Celeste, Chasity, Haylee and Haydon; his sister Verda Sisson of Morganton, NC; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Givens, Arneardra Jackson, Deborah Brady, Vickie Jackson, Janice Jackson and Caryn Jackson of Cincinnati, OH; his nephew Alan Sisson, Sr. of Burton, MI; his niece Maria Kersey-Robinson (Patrice) of Accokeek, MD; his children, Kiyon Lewis, Michael Jackson, Donald Peterson of Cincinnati, OH, Laverne Nash-Love (Elder) of Ypsilanti, MI and Shaton Nash-Taylor (Will) of Ypsilanti, MI; and his grandchildren, Christopher Nash (Shontell), Brittany Nash, Mikea Jackson and Kinyeta Jackson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
