He is survived by: his wife Kathern; his daughters, Teresa Ward (Gary Ward) and Phyllis Scripsick (Joseph Scripsick); and his siblings, Marie (Bonnie Guzman-Ward) and Gary. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
