He is survived by: his wife Glenette Horgrow; his children, Olivia Whitley, David Layne Horgrow and Quinton Horgrow; his mother Myrtis Horgrow; and his siblings, Dena Ulmer, Barbara Horgrow, Elise Walter, Michael Ulmer and Wendell Ulmer.
