He is survived by: his wife Mary Lu Guth (Seidel); his children, LuMarie Guth (Curtis Ingram), Margaret Guth (John Derkacz) and Matthew Guth; his grandchildren, Reba, Rosemarie Ingram, Barrett and Charles Derkacz; and his siblings, Paula Guth, Ronald Guth, Greta Guth Gustin and John Guth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
