He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Reveire and Rebecca Reveire; his great grandchild Derrek Jr. (DJ); and his siblings, Precious, Ida Mae and JT (Jake).
He is survived by: his wife Mattie; his daughters, Pamela Davis (Bernard), Kimberly Ferrell (Phillip) and Sheryl Reveire; his grandchildren, Darion Davis, Shandrea Davis, Phillip Ferrell II, Dion Ferrell and Alishia Anderson (Derrek); his great grandchildren, Joia, Dylan, Kylie Grace, Brenton, Micah, Eva Grace, Prince Phillip, Grayson, Haven Grace, Gavin and Olivia Grace; and his godson Aaron Walker.
