He was predeceased by: his parents, David Johnston and Judy Johnston (Zawacki). He is survived by: his husband Milton L. Dentel; and his siblings, Doug Johnston (Gerri) and Beth Chmielewski (Gerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
