He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Duckworth and Neilly Duckworth. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Main; his wife Pauline Eighmey; his children, Amy Chatton, Paul Duckworth (Edward Sleeseman) and Nita Williams; his former wife Nancy Fogo; his children, Scott Fogo (Jennifer), Kim Roberts (Jim) and David Fogo (Denise); and his grandchildren, Austin, Darius, Christina, Kyle, Kailey, Joshua, Amanda, Spencer, Elliot and Hannah.
