With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard Bertram Pelton in Ypsilanti, Michigan, born in New Boston, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 9, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne Pelton; his sons, Howard, Jr. and Daniel; his sisters, Vivian, Viola and Verna; and his parents, Bertron and Eva.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Pelton, Herbert Pelton (Wendy), Bonny Cardinell (John) and Becky Rutherford (James); and his sister Virginia. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that a tree be planted in memory of Howard, ensuring that his spirit continues to grow and flourish.
