He was predeceased by: his daughter Tatum Lynn Baillie; and his grandparents, Cyrus York, Megan AtLee, Allen and Donna Marie Beebe.

He is survived by: his parents, Cyrus "Cy" AtLee and Rowena May AtLee (Beebe); his siblings, Brian AtLee (Rebecca) of Marion, Aaron Dunigan AtLee (Kate) of Ft. Collins, Colorado and Sarah Saulsbury (Wesley) of Pittsburgh; his former wife Shevaun Wacker; and also Colin Wacker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
