He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Clarence Fountain and Courtney S. Fountain. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Salmon (Marge); his daughters, Kim Michelle Goffee (Steven), Lynne Rene Gronvall (Paul), Julanne Cheryl Williams (Jeffrey) and Jacqueline Claire Luurtsema (Steven); his grandchildren, Jessica Harless, Katie Talmadge, James Williams, Ashley Reid, Mackenzie Meyers, Shannon Nelson, Nicolette Williams, Patrick Gronvall, Gregory Goffee and Joshua Luurtsema; and his great grandchildren, Kohan, Adeline, Eloise Talmadge, Violet, Georgia, Iris Meyer and Emory Nelson.
