June L. Hawkins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of June L. Hawkins in Ypsilanti, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Mae Hawkins. He is survived by: his father Jimmie Hawkins; his siblings, Jimmy Earl Hawkins, Kenneth Hawkins, Vivian Hawkins and Linda Hawkins; his children, Schalonda Isaac, June L. Hawkins Painter and Anthony Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Precious Isaac, Sha'Toya Isaac, An'Teeshia Isaac, Anthony Hawkins Jr., Joshua Hawkins, Kali Hawkins, DeAndre Brooks-Painter, Se'Mina Dabney, Donnell Dabney Jr. and Sin'Cere Johnson. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C & H Community Home For Funerals Lucille's Memorial Chapel (411 S Adams St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pittsfield Township Parks & Recreation (701 W Ellsworth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48108).
