He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Mae Hawkins. He is survived by: his father Jimmie Hawkins; his siblings, Jimmy Earl Hawkins, Gwendolyn Cherry, Kenneth Hawkins, Vivian Hawkins, Tiffany Ryans, Jeremy Ryans and Linda Hawkins; his children, Schalonda Isaac, June L. Hawkins Painter and Anthony Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Precious Isaac, Sha'Toya Isaac, An'Teeshia Isaac, Anthony Hawkins Jr., Joshua Hawkins, Kali Hawkins, DeAndre Brooks-Painter, Se'Mina Dabney, Donnell Dabney Jr. and Sin'Cere Johnson. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
