She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Patrick and Kathleen Josephine Halpen; and her husband John. She is survived by: her children, John Higgins III (Linda), Lora Rodriguez (John), Leah Higgins, Jeff Higgins (Barb) and Lynn Higgins; and her siblings, Theresa Fairbairn and Michael Halpen (Carole). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial Masses for the repose of her soul would be greatly appreciated.
