He is survived by: his children, Kena Jo Chapman (Ken), Jana Lynn Helkaa and Scott Alan Helkaa; his grandchildren, Jessica Cotton, Jaimie Kaiser and Kristopher Chapman; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Peyton and Allison Cotton.
