He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Bright (Richmann) of Wheatland, IA and Ward Bright; his sister Marlene Hansen; and his brother-in-law Ronald Hansen of Oxford Junction, IA.. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne M. Bright; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara L. Groenewold (late John) of Crete, IL, David H. DeYoung (Joan) of Pittsburgh, PA and James A. DeYoung (Cheryl) of South Holland, IL. He is also survived by three nieces, six nephews, seven great-nieces, and six great-nephews.
