Adkins (Paula) of Kissimmee, FL and Roger Dale Smith (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Staci Aviles (Carlos), Kassi Martin (Steve), Wesley Keister (Catherine), Christopher Adkins (Kathy), Chad Adkins (Andrea), Brandy Boyd (Chris) and Nick Smith (Mindy). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces, nephews and friends.
