With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Ellen (Harris) Brown of Ypsilanti, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Harris and Ellen Harris (Sackrider); her stepfather Ralph Fitzpatrick; her husband Joe Brown; her former husband John Tomasko; her siblings, Bruce Allen, James Snyder, Sarah Puckett, William Harris, Linda Briggs and Leo Fitzpatrick; and her sister-in-law Debbie Fitzpatrick.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Barnhart (Jeff) and David Tomasko; her grandson Nicholas Barnhart; her siblings, Sharon Smith (Michael), Shannon Fitzpatrick (Debbie) and Jasmine Williams; and her pets, TJ and Ellie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
