She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Pergolski and Lucille Pergolski (Barden); her father-in-law Wayne (Lillian Henry); her siblings, Edwin, Richard, Donald, James, John Pergolski, Louise, Lois "Punky" Luedtke, Margaret "Peggy" Bartz and Patricia Pergolski; her daughter-in-law Sheryl Henry; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Koetje, Wayne Walters, Francis Kleis and Betty Koetje.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Henry; her children, Terri Brotz (Tom) and Tom Henry; her grandchildren, Thomas Henry (Morgan), Alex Henry and Samantha Henry; her siblings, Joanne Lang (Jerome), Colleen Stillwell (John), Kathleen "Tina" Walters, Sandra Daroci, Robert Pergolski (Bonnie) and George Pergolski (Liz); and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Pergolski, Katie Pergolski, Diane Pergolski and Terry Luedtke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
