She was predeceased by: her parent Francis Samuel Locatelli; her former husband Garfield Douglas Rowe; her husband Charles "Bud" Lesley Painter; her mother Alma Locatelli (Hakala); her brother Thomas J. Locatelli; and her stepchildren, Charles Painter Jr., Angela Roberts and Monica Painter.
She is survived by: her children, Gerard Painter (Kimberly) of Canton, MI, Garfield Rowe (Dawn McKellar) of Kearsarge, MI, Tina Moore (David) of Ypsilanti, MI, Audra Mitchell (Sandy) of Methuen, MA, Corinne Melo (Brian) of Grand Island, FL, Brenda Painter of Livonia, MI, Douglas Rowe of Garden City, MI and Marie Chappel (Jason) of Ypsilanti, MI; her grandchild Ranee Caskey of Westland, MI.; her siblings, Johnny, Samuel, Paul, Philip, Anne, Catherine, Clare, Christopher, Rita, Francis Jr., Joan, Michael, Rose and Veronica; her close friend Jacqueline Kyler Sargent; and her pets, Topa and Bjorn. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
