It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael A. Batayeh of Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham and Victoria; and his sister Jeannie Batayeh. He is survived by: his sisters, Ida Vergollo (David), Diane Batayeh-Ricketts (Tim Ricketts), MaryAnn Joseph (Art), Madeline Sherman (Kevin) and Theresa Aquino (Clemente); his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Will (Alyssa), Jordan Vergollo of Timothy, Ricketts, Nick Joseph, Victoria Abdelnour (Joe) of Kevin, Justin, Michael Sherman, Branden and Jake Aquino; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ella, Dominic, Olivia, Sophia, Kai, Maze and Codi.
