With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael A. Clayborn of Ypsilanti, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2025 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Clayborn. He is survived by: his father Robert Clayborn; his son Deon Foster (Brianna); his grandson Gabriel Foster; his siblings, Charlean Adams, Sharon Ervin (Michael), Regina Clayborn and Maynard; his siblings' children, Donald Adams, Andrea Reid, Erica Ervin, Branden Ervin, Jazmyne Maynard and Connie Maynard IV; his great-nieces, Laquania French and D'Naya Adams; his great-nephew Johnny Weatherspoon III; and his friends, Glenda Foster, Marcia Armstead and Leon McEwen.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stark Funeral Home (101 S Washington St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197).
