He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Flanagan (Mary), Mary DeLeeuw (Dennis), Martin Flanagan (Janet), Theresa Flanagan, Cathy Giles (George), Joanne Palmer, Patrick Flanagan (Joanne Bournival) and William Flanagan Jr. Dear; and his sibling-in-law Lynn Flanagan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
